This is the fourth book of a children's series, FABLES IN AN OLD STYLE. The first two books are bi-lingual, English and Spanish, appropriate to children in bilingual, middle grade classes and other children who are interested in comparing languages. The story text is set with English on the left page, Spanish on the right. Readers can examine the differences between the two languages paragraph by paragraph. Books One and Two have 17/18 sets of inked illustrations.These books are easily identified by their blue and red covers. The third book in the series (peach cover) has all the stories and illustrations from both the first two books but only in the English language. It has 36 inked illustrations. The fourth book is identical to the third, except its text is only in the Spanish language. (The inked illustrations can be colored by children using colored pencils.)
